§ 3.72.286. Electronic control device permit—Suspension/revocation, grounds therefore and right to hearing.

The Chief of Police may suspend or revoke any Electronic Control Device permit if the holder of a permit fails to comply with provisions of Section 3.72.285, or for other good cause. The holder of the permit shall immediately be given notice of the cause of such suspension or revocation and an opportunity to be heard as set forth in Section 3.72.110, and subject to the procedures set forth therein.
