§ 3.74.010. License required.

No person shall engage in the operation of a funeral escort service within the corporate limits of the city without first obtaining a license for such service as provided in this chapter.

"Funeral escort service" means and includes any person or entity hired to direct and/or control traffic for a funeral procession while escorting the procession through the streets and highways of the city.
