§ 3.84.120. Type of vehicles.

Any motor-propelled passenger carrying vehicle, including vehicles commonly referred to as vans having a passenger capacity up to sixteen persons plus the driver, may be used as a taxicab vehicle as long as such vehicles meet and adhere to the vehicle standards and requirements of this chapter.
