Every driver of a taxicab, when requested by a .paying passenger, shall give a receipt
showing the name of the taxi company, the permit number, the date and the amount of
the fare. A sign shall, at all times, be displayed in the taxicab in full view of
any passenger, advising them of the availability of a receipt.
