§ 3.84.420. Revocation or suspension of operating permit, driver's license or vehicle license for violations involving service.

  • (a)

    If it is found by the Taxicab Enforcement Officer that the preceding provisions involving the forms of service allowed by this chapter are being violated, he or she may revoke or suspend, as it deems appropriate or as specified in any sections of this chapter, the taxicab company license and/or taxicab vehicle permit and/or taxicab driver's license of an offending party.

    (b)

    In case of the revocation of any license, no new license shall be issued to such licensee for a period of two years from the date of the revocation.
