§ 3.84.550. Taxicab checkout, verification of driver's license.

Every taxicab driver shall display and exhibit his license to the taxicab operator's supervisor or representative on duty at the time to the commencement of the driver's tour of duty before such driver is permitted to operate a taxicab on any tour of duty. After a taxicab is assigned to a driver, he shall sign a checkout sheet giving his name, address and phone number and the number of the cab assigned to him.
