§ 3.88.020. Display of fare-rate card and driver's license card.

Every vehicle shall be equipped with a frame for the proper display of the owner's fare-rate card and the driver's license card, as required under the laws of the state. The card relating to the fare to be charged shall be so placed that it can be plainly seen by the passengers riding in such vehicles. It shall clearly state the rate of fare to be charged. If the fare to be charged is upon a mileage basis, it shall so state and shall give the schedule of rates. The type used for the printing of the rates of fare shall be of sufficient size so that it can be clearly read at a distance of three feet.
