§ 3.88.100. Same—Application—Information to be given.

Before any license as required in Section 3.88.090 shall be granted or issued, an application shall be filed with the license collector of the city setting forth over the signature of the applicant the following:

(a)

The full name and address of the owner of the vehicle proposed to be licensed.

(b)

A complete description of such vehicle including the number of persons it is constructed to carry, the model, the motor number and the state license number, together with such other information as the city commissioners may require.

(c)

Number of passengers applicant proposes to carry per vehicle.

(d)

The principal place of business, the telephone number and office address of the owner, and if the owner is a corporation, the names of the officers and directors of such corporation, and if a partnership, the names of all the partners.

(e)

A proper showing of convenience and necessity.

(f)

The trade name under which the vehicle shall be operated and the color or distinctive design of the body, if any.
