§ 3.88.110. Same—Same—To be referred to Wichita airport authority for recommendations.

All applications for licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall first be referred to the Wichita airport authority by the license collector for recommendation as to:
(a)

The need and desirability of such service;

(b)

The making of arrangements with the Wichita airport authority for the operation of such licensed vehicles at the Mid-Continent Airport; and

(c)

The making of arrangements with the Wichita airport authority for the serving of airport patrons and the rates to be charged therefor.
