§ 3.88.120. Same—Same—Recommendation of metropolitan transit authority to be submitted to city council—Issuance of license—Fees.

The recommendations of the metropolitan transit authority relative to the matters
referred to in Section 3.88.115, shall be made to the board of commissioners of the city at such time as may be designated
by such board. Thereafter, if the board of commissioners deems that such service,
under all of the circumstances, would serve public convenience and necessity, it may
order the issuance of all such licenses as applied for or any portion thereof upon
compliance with Section 3.88.130. The license fee to be paid for vehicles regulated by this chapter shall be the sum
of ten dollars per vehicle per year, due on January first and shall not be prorated.
