§ 3.88.240. Same—Driver's license may be suspended for charging more or less than posted fare.

  • In case any vehicle operator or driver shall either charge a rate of fare greater or less than the one posted in the vehicle or shall fail to keep the fare-rate cards in a conspicuous place in the vehicle in type which is easily legible, the city manager shall on the recommendation of the chief of police and the city attorney suspend the license of the driver operating such vehicle for a period of not less than ten days nor more than thirty days.
