§ 3.91.170. Violations, penalty.

Any person who violates any of the provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day that any violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder as a separate violation.
