§ 3.97.150. Penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars. Each day that any such violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense.
