§ 4.12.070. Transferability of license.

Latest version.

No license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be transferable, except, upon the death of a licensee, the surviving spouse, executor or administrator, if otherwise qualified, shall be entitled to the use of said license during the remainder of the license year.
