§ 4.12.180. Records to be kept; availability for inspection.

  • Every place of business or tavern shall be required to maintain sufficient records to indicate the percentage of gross business obtained from the sale of cereal malt beverages and shall be required to permit inspection of such records at all times during business hours by the license collector or by any person designated by him.
