§ 5.10.030. Provoking assault and/or battery deemed misdemeanor.

Any persons who, within the corporate limits of the city, by signs, words or gestures, provoke or attempt to provoke another to commit an assault, or battery, or both, or any other breach of the peace is guilty of a misdemeanor.
