§ 5.36.020. Gambling.

Gambling is:
(a)

Making a bet; or

(b)

Entering or remaining in a gambling place with intent to make a bet, to participate in a lottery, or to play a gambling device.

Anyone gambling within the corporate limits of the city is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as set forth in Section 5.36.050, and any amendments thereto.
