§ 5.73.030. Unlawful assembly.

    Unlawful assembly is the meeting or coming together of not less than five persons for the purpose of engaging in conduct constituting either disorderly conduct as defined by Section 5.24.010 of this Code and amendments thereto, or a riot, as defined by Section 5.73.050 of this Code and amendments thereto; or when in a lawful assembly of not less than five persons, agreeing to engage in such conduct.

    (2)

    Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
