§ 5.74.010. Soliciting subscriptions to magazines, etc., and tangible personal property—Prohibited on streets, parks.

  • It is unlawful for any person to solicit on any public street or sidewalk, park or other public place or at any doorway or entrance way immediately abutting thereon, within the corporate limits of the city, the sale of any subscription to any magazine, periodical or other publication, newspapers excepted, or the sale of any tangible personal property, for delivery at a subsequent time.
