§ 7.04.070. Communicable and infectious diseases.

Communicable and infectious diseases shall be controlled and regulated by the laws of this state, the rules and regulations of the state board of health and such reasonable rules and regulations as may be promulgated by the director of the Wichita-Sedgwick County department of community health necessary to the public health which are not in conflict with the state law and the rules and regulations of the state board of health.
