§ 7.08.160. Salvaging.

Salvage or reclamation of materials shall be permitted only when facilities specifically designed for the purpose of salvaging or processing solid waste are provided, and when the salvage materials are properly controlled to prevent interference with prompt sanitary disposal of solid waste. All salvage operations shall be conducted in a manner that will not create a nuisance.
