§ 7.22.020. Standards for operation.

  • Chapters two through seven of the "Kansas Food Code," as published by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, 1999 edition, are incorporated by reference and shall constitute the standards for operation of a food establishment and a temporary food establishment. The regulatory authority may waive individual requirements for temporary food establishments when it determines that these requirements are not applicable and/or such waiver does not present a public health hazard.
