§ 7.30.080. Request for waivers.

A request for a waiver from any of the foregoing rules and regulations shall be submitted to the health department by the property owner in writing and shall contain all information relevant to the request.
A.

The request shall specifically set forth why an exception should be considered.

B.

The health department may grant a waiver when conditions warrant, and when a waiver is in keeping with the purposes of the Kansas Water Well Construction and Abandonment Administrative Regulations 28-30-2 et seq.
