§ 7.41.050. Enforcement.

In addition to all law enforcement officers, the following personnel employed by the city shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this section:
(a)

All health officers that are authorized representatives of the director of the Wichita-Sedgwick County department of community health;

(b)

All authorized representatives of the superintendent of central inspection.
