§ 7.44.010. Overcrowding; inadequate light, ventilation, heat, etc.

No person being the owner, proprietor, lessee, manager or superintendent of any store, factory, workshop or other structure or place of employment where men or women are employed for wages, shall cause, permit or allow the same or any portion or apartment thereof or any room in such store, factory, workshop or other structure or place of employment to be overcrowded, or inadequate, faulty or insufficient in respect to light, ventilation, heat or cleanliness.
