§ 8.01.020. Enforcement of provisions of Code.

The Office of Central Inspection of the City of Wichita, the Wichita Police Department, the Wichita Fire Department, the Wichita Department of Public Works and the Wichita Department of Environmental Health and the authorized representatives of such departments, shall be responsible for the enforcement of all provisions of this Code.
