§ 9.27.050. Passing—Right-of-way.

When passing one another from opposite directions, water craft operating in or upon the Little Arkansas River shall move to the right of the approaching water craft. Any such water craft going in the same direction as another water craft and desiring to overtake and pass must yield the right-of-way to the slower water craft.
