§ 9.27.090. Shining lights upon water craft.

It is unlawful for any person to project any searchlight, flashlight, or light of any kind into the faces or upon the occupants of any other water craft in or upon the Little Arkansas River. This section shall not apply to law enforcement officers or other government officials engaged in the performance of their official duties.
