§ 9.29.070. Seneca Street bridge.

It is unlawful for any power boat to operate in or upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area at any point upstream from the Seneca Street bridge or downstream of the Lincoln Street Dam to the Wichita city limits unless permission for such operation is obtained in writing from the city.
