§ 9.29.160. Docking upon signal of police.

Upon a signal from an occupant of a duly marked police boat, a uniformed law enforcement officer on the river bank, or from any duly appointed representative of the department of park and recreation, all water craft operating in or upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area shall immediately dock at the nearest bank indicated by such law enforcement officer or representative. Duly appointed representatives shall include representatives of the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks.
