§ 9.29.180. Intoxicated persons.

It is unlawful for any person to ride in any water craft located in or upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area while such person is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs or any combination thereof to a degree that renders the person incapable of safely riding within or upon such water craft.
