§ 9.35.110. Weapons.

(a)

No person other than law enforcement officers on duty, authorized and trained non-commissioned Airport employees, TSA Employees, or authorized and permitted contractors shall carry any weapon on Airport property. (b) No person shall discharge any firearm on Airport property, except in the performance of official duties requiring the discharge thereof, for purposes of wildlife hazard management, training, or in the lawful defense of life or property.

(b)

Any person violating any provision of this Section of the Code is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) and/or an imprisonment of not more than six (6) months and/or both such fine and imprisonment.
