§ 11.96.080. Frontage roads.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 11.84.020 of this code, the following streets or parts of streets are established as frontage roads:

(a)

U.S. Highway 54 (Kellogg Avenue);

(1)

From the west city limits (both sides) to the west line of the Wichita-Valley Center Flood Control Project;

(2)

From the east line of Interstate 235 right-of-way (north side) to West Street;

(3)

From the west line of Topeka Avenue (south side) to the north-south alley one-half block west of Topeka Avenue;

(4)

From the east line of Edgemoor Street (south side) to the right bank of Gypsum Creek.

(5)

From the west line of Ridgecrest Drive (north side) to the west line of Woodlawn Avenue;

(6)

From the west line of Lakeside Drive (north side) to the right bank of Gypsum Creek,

(7)

From the west side of Greenwich Road to a point approximately 2,000 feet west (south side);

(8)

From a point approximately 2,000 feet east of Greenwich Road to a point approximately 1,000 feet west of the Kansas Turnpike crossing underneath U.S. Highway 54 (south side);

(9)

From the east line of Greenwich Road to a point approximately 1,000 feet west of the Kansas Turnpike crossing underneath U.S. Highway 54 (north side).

(b)

George Washington Boulevard;

(1)

From the south line of Bayley Avenue (both sides) to the north line of Harry Street;

(2)

From the south line of Harry Street (west side) to the west line of Hillside Avenue;

(3)

From the south line of Skinner Street (east side) to a point approximately 300 feet southeast of Hillside Avenue;

(4)

From the north line of Clark Street to the south line of Kinkaid Avenue (west side);

(5)

From the north line of Pawnee Avenue north to a point approximately 200 feet north of Elmwood Street (east side);

(6)

From the north line of Pawnee Avenue to a point approximately 300 feet north of Pawnee Avenue (west side).

West Central Avenue from the center line of Westlink Avenue (north side) to the west line of Caddy Lane.

(d)

47th Street South:

(1)

From the east line of Seneca Street (north side) to a point approximately 200 feet east of LaClede Avenue.

North Broadway from a point approximately 125 feet south of I-235 right-of-way to a point approximately 225 feet south of I-235 right-of-way (west side).

Southwest Boulevard (K-42), (west side) from Harry Street to Young Street.
