§ 2.12.1097. Same—Oath.

Each member of the utility location and coordination council shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe to an oath to support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the state and to faithfully administer and discharge the duties of a member of the utility location and coordination council.
