§ 10.12.160. Same—Publication of resolution; notice.

Immediately upon the passage of the resolution by the city council ordering the sidewalk to be built, it shall be the duty of the city clerk to cause the publication of such resolution together with a notice stating the names of the streets upon which sidewalks are to be constructed, which resolution and notice shall be published in the official city paper as provided by law.
