§ 10.12.150. Same—Resolution to specify kind, width, length, etc.

The resolution referred to in the preceding section shall specify the kind, width, and length of sidewalk to be built.

Ord. No. 50-179 § 18, adopted Apr. 26, 2016, repealed section 10.12.150 and enacted a new section as set out herein. The former section 10.12.150 pertained to requiring new sidewalks to be built—resolution to specify kind, width, length of time allowed, etc., and derived from Ord.
