§ 11.13.040. Penalty.

  • Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a mandatory fine of not less than three hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter within three years of any such prior conviction shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than eight hundred dollars nor more than two thousand five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
