§ 11.44.015. Congested area.

In the congested area defined in Section 11.04.060, a pedestrian shall not cross a roadway at any point other than within a marked crosswalk or other than at an unmarked crosswalk at intersections; for purposes of this section the junction of an alley with another roadway does not constitute an intersection.
