§ 11.52.030. Parking restrictions.

(a)

It is unlawful for any person or operator to park a motor vehicle on any portion of the required front yard of any lot within the city.

(b)

It is unlawful for any person or operator to park a motor vehicle on any portion of the required side yard of any lot within the city.

(c)

It is unlawful for any person or operator to park a motor vehicle on an unpaved surface.

Parking surfaces shall be paved as required in Section 28.04.143 of this Code.
