§ 11.88.020. Speed restrictions.

It is unlawful for any person to drive or ride within the park system or municipal airports at a speed greater than the posted speed limit and, within certain parks listed below, at a speed greater than fifteen miles per hour, and along or near any designated playground, picnic or recreational area where reduced speed signs of fifteen miles per hour are posted:
