§ 12.04.055. Service of notice to comply.

A railroad company that has constructed and is not maintaining a railroad crossing in a manner that is in compliance with the requirements set forth in Section 12.04.010 may be served with notice to comply by the city by serving written notice of such noncompliance upon the resident agent of the railroad company. Such written notice shall identify the location of the crossing that is not being maintained properly and such notice shall specify the condition that needs to be corrected to bring the same into compliance.
