§ 18.40.270. Land area requirements.

All land areas, improved and unimproved, shall be reasonably free from holes and excavations, sharp protrusions, and other objects or conditions which might be a potential cause of personal injury.

All wells, cesspools, or cisterns shall be securely closed. Trees, limbs, shrubs or other plant life that constitute a hazard shall be removed.

All land areas shall be kept free from organic and inorganic material that might become a health, accident, or fire hazard. All land areas, improved and unimproved, shall be kept clean at all times.
