§ 20.04.130. Same—Sustaining, modifying or withdrawing notices.

After such informal hearing as provided for in Section 20.04.120, the superintendent of central inspection or his designated representative may sustain, modify or withdraw the notice, depending upon his findings as to whether the provisions of this chapter and of the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto have been complied with. If the superintendent of central inspection or his designated representative sustains or modifies such notice, it shall be deemed to be an order.
