§ 22.08.050. Certificate—Issuance without examination.

Any person submitting satisfactory proof to the Board of Appeals of having been engaged in the business as a mobile home mechanical serviceman, either as a contractor or as a journeyman for a period of three years of the previous five prior to effective date of this Code, shall upon payment of the regular fee and otherwise complying with this Code, without taking an examination, be granted a mobile home mechanical serviceman license or certificate to expire on December 31 of the year in which it is issued and the same may be renewed as provided for in Section 22.04.220.
