§ 22.08.060. Licenses and bonds.

Anyone engaging or desiring to engage in the business of mobile home mechanical serviceman, and who has been qualified and approved to do so by the office of central inspection as required by this Code, shall before obtaining any permit or transacting any business, procure a license therefor, from the license collector of the city, which license shall expire on December 31st of the year in which it was issued. No license shall be transferred from one person to another. The fee for such license shall be one hundred dollars. Bonding shall be required under the terms set forth in Section 22.04.240.
