§ 29.04.070. Violation—Penalty.

Any person, firm, partnership or corporation violating any provision of this Code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
