Section 417.1 of the Guidelines for Solar Energy Installations, 1984 Edition, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Gravity Drainage. Systems which rely upon drainage for freeze protection shall be piped so that all piping has a slope to facilitate complete drainage by gravity. Systems using pipe of 2 inches or greater diameter or nonpressurized systems using plastic pipe are exempt from this requirement."
