Section 505.1 of the Guidelines for Solar Energy Installations, 1984 Edition, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Water and Intrusion Proofing. The containment structure for dry thermal storage systems shall be constructed to prevent the infiltration of water or moisture. All openings to ambient atmosphere shall have a screen or filter of not greater than ¼ inch mesh opening."
