§ 2.02.030. Commission chairmen to constitute governing board when board unable to serve.

In the event all members of the of city council are unable to serve as a result of a natural disaster or calamity or for any reason other than by recall, then the chairmen of the following boards shall constitute the governing body of the City of Wichita during the interim period until the vacancies are filled by election as herein provided:

(1)

Board of park commissioners;

(2)

Library board;

(3)

Local housing authority;

(4)

Metropolitan transit authority;

(5)

Public building commission.
