§ 2.02.040. Requirements of chairmen who serve on interim board.

All of the above chairmen must meet all the residency requirements and have all other qualifications of a regularly-elected city council member. In the event the chairman does not meet those requirements, he shall not serve, and the particular board shall, from their board, elect a member to serve in his stead.
